Delivery and Refund Policy
At a time that suits you - we try our very best effort to arrange it, however we do not guarantee specific delivery time.
Local Customer: You can usually have your shopping delivered between 2pm and 8pm Monday to Sunday.
Non Dublin Customer: You can usually have your shopping delivered between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. However, occasionally delays can occur which are often beyond our control.
You should receive a call to inform you about the late delivery. If for any reason you don't receive a call, please contact Customer Services on 0894858086
If you are not in, the driver will leave a card stating the date and time they called.
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery, which will be subject to a second delivery charge.
Unwanted and damaged items
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the goods that have been delivered please contact customer service to check if is eligible for a return.
Please note Non Dublin Customer are not eligible for any returns and refunds at any circumstance.
If you discover a problem after the driver has left you can contact Customer Services on 0894858086 between 11am and 8pm Monday to Sunday.
If you are having problems connecting the site, registering and signing in, adding/ subtracting items from your basket, or any others, please contact Customer Services on 089 485 8086, we will do our best to help you.
Payment and Checkout
-When you are ready to checkout, select the 'checkout' button in your shopping basket area. Check your delivery details. If you have not already booked a delivery slot, book one by clicking on an available time that suits you. Enter any delivery instructions you may have and proceed to checkout .Check your details on the checkout page and then enter your payment details.
To complete your order click the 'order confirmation' button

- Please note that the prices on our Grocery website are guide prices only.
The actual price you pay is the price charged in store when your order is put together for delivery. This is because:
* The prices of some products may vary between when you place your order and when it is delivered.
* Your Personal Shopper may weigh items like fruit and vegetables or pick pre-packed weighed items like meat, poultry and cheese. This means the price will vary slightly in store from what is on the website.
* Some items in your order may not be available at the time of picking and therefore may need to be substituted.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
